Job Description:

The Case specialist will function as case management and billing specialist for clients billed through client management systems. Working in concert with the agency mission, vision, and objectives, the case specialist manages intakes of new clients, manages assessments to qualify clients for the program, works directly with the counseling team to assign clients to the program, manages the accurate billing of the client, and ensuring that they complete all phases before discharge. This includes arranging and coordinating assessments of the clients need for treatment within the rehabilitation process, coordinating and monitoring service and support activities, auditing services billed, and assisting with assigning clients for both individual and group therapy to referrals to community support services when needed.

The Case Specialist serves as a vital team member, the primary contact person for recovery support program clients, external partners (such as probation and parole), acts as a liaison to the Municipal Drug Court, service organizations and programs on behalf of clients. Bills and/ or coordinates billing for program/ billing systems. Accurately utilizes processes and systems for client coordination and billing.

Requirements: CPS (Certified Peer Specialist) minimum requirement
